The EZgo unit is built using high-density polycarbonate that meets the stringent UL94-V0* fire safety standard. Additionally, the enclosure materials comply with UL746C**, achieving an F1 rating for outstanding weather resistance and durability—ensuring long-term performance even under prolonged outdoor sun exposure.

The included power cords are specifically engineered for electric vehicle use and conform to the latest UL2263 international standard. They are rated for 600V operation and heat resistance up to 105°C. The plug connectors meet UL817*** requirements, offering protection against electrical faults such as overloads and short circuits, effectively reducing the risk of fire or electric shock.

Furthermore, the charging gun head and cable have obtained IEC-62196 certification, providing comprehensive safety assurance for EV charging.

*UL94 V0 standard requires the material to stop burning within 10 seconds in a vertical flame test, without dripping flaming particles.
** UL746C standard covers performance tests such as high-temperature heat resistance, fire resistance, and mechanical/durability testing.
